Once your Auto Enrolment scheme begins, EMS will:
- Provide a payroll service to include workforce assessment for each Pay Reference Period and advise both the employer and pension provider of each change from week to week or month to month as appropriate.
- Process opt-ins to and opt-outs from the Automatic Enrolment Scheme and file records for compliance purposes, including re-enrolment when required. Entitled Workers who join a scheme will continue to be monitored for a change of status.
- Make available regular compliance and administration reviews to identify any potential issues that may arise, to confirm that the legislation is always being adhered to and to confirm that an independent assessment of the employer’s process is present.
