We have been working with a Hampshire engineering company, with 90 employees to implement their workplace pension scheme. The company is split into two limited companies, each with their own payroll. They already have a pension scheme in place for senior management with one insurer and a stakeholder arrangement with another available to members and to fulfil the employers’ stakeholder pension duties under existing legislation. The employee numbers are quite stable and include a small number of part-time workers and others who are over state pension age.
