1. Planning - find out your auto-enrolment staging date, assess staff data, advise on costs of contributions from employers
2. Implementation – provide a payroll service to include workforce assessment for each pay reference period, process auto-enrolment opt-in and opt-outs, compliance and administration reviews.
3. Review – pension scheme review to ensure it meets Qualifying Workplace Pension Scheme (QWPS) status.
4. Payroll – handling all aspects of Payroll including PAYE
Companies all over the UK are enrolling in Workplace Pensions. Staging dates run until 2018 and businesses will be penalised if they have not organised auto-enrolment.
